The Lockdown was necessitated to break the chain of the virus which has been creating havoc. We can’t just impose Lockdown and keep quiet.

He was speaking to the media after inspecting some areas in Hyderabad city.

It is equally important to see that it is implemented well to achieve the desired results. And that responsibility lies with the police. And all Police are living upto the expectations and working very hard that all follow the lockdown restrictions.

The Director-General of Police said. it is the bounden duty of the people to see that no one comes out of home without any valid reason. At the same time those who come out due to emergencies must be helped to move freely. It is also equally important for the police to ensure smooth flow of ambulances, patients, movement of any other medical services, hospital staff, Pa medical and others.

While police are putting their best efforts possible, there are repeated violators who venture out without any valid reasons. Such people will be dealt sternly, he warned. Their vehicles will be seized and cases will be booked without any hesitation. They must better know that they can’t break the law.
