Since decades people have joined BJP and left the party. They could not survive with the party and also the leadership here in Telangana. It is like Swamy Paripoornanada has been air-dropped from Delhi. This Swamy is close to Uppal MLA NVSS Prabhakar.
But the top guns in the BJP Laxman and Kishan Reddy so far did not endorse his presence or joining the Party. Bandaru Dattatreya who is the senior leader is also mum about Paripoornanda. Is he welcome into the party is the big question now.
People like Parakala Prabhakar, Nagam and even Ale Narendra could not survive in the party. Venkaiah Naidu was the man calling the shots for decades. Now that he has become the Vice President of the country, few people in Telangana are calling the shots and they are Kishan, Laxman and Bandaru.
All others are just dummies. They have been there for decades and grown in stature but could not develop the party from the grass root level. They always depended on the media and that too during the elections. Otherwise, they don’t bother about the cadre or the party. Even in united Andhra, these were the few people who called the shots. Earlier Vidyasagar Rao was there, but now he is governor of Maharashtra.
There is a talk that Paripoornananda was supposed to meet Modi the PM and Amit Shah the party chief. But there was sabotage from Telangana and Paripoornanda could not meet Modi in the end. If he had met Modi it would have been a dhamaka in Telangana.
There are reports that leaders from Telangana have stopped the appointment.
Now it has to be seen how long will Paripoornanda survive with the BJP.
