Lagadapati Rajagopal is looking at TDPas his poll surveys have come true on many occasions in the past. Seems like, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is seeking the feedback of this former Congress MP to know the pulse of the people. There is anti incumbency but people still prefer Babu over others.
There were reports earlier that Lagadapai was joining the YSRC and in this connection he has met Jagan. But the insiders brushed them aside as rumors. But all said and done Lgadapati is looking at 2019.
The recent meeting between Chandrababu and Lagadapati has only fueled the rumours that there is something fishy. While few predicted Lagadapati might contest for Vijayawada Lok Sabha seat on TDP ticket in 2019, others opined it could be because of the operations of Lanco Group in AP.
If the latest update is true by any chance, Lagadapati has submitted a secret survey report to AP Chief Minister regarding the poll prospects of TDP in 2019 Polls. As per the survey report, Chandrababu Naidu continues to be the best choice for CM post in AP.
However, There is anti-incumbency in several constituencies and that’s due to the performance of local MLAs. Lagadapati cautioned Naidu about the corruption and asked him to speed up the construction of AP Capital. Babu couldn’t ignore Lagadapati’s survey . But Babu has his own media men and houses who will give him the feed back at any point of time at free of cost.
