TRS candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy voted this morning at Lingavarigudem polling station. He talked to the media after casting his vote here.
He said that the BJP is depending on money politics and the people will teach a lesson to them. He is expecting polling to the extent of more than 95 percent this time.
Kusukuntal alleged that the BJP was trying to see that the election was canceled by hook and crook. The BJP candidate is doing all kinds of dramas he said.
The BJP is depending on money and muscle power and we are spending on the development done by the Government Kusukuntla explained. He appealed to the people to come in large numbers for the voting.
Around five thousand police from state and centre are monitoring the election today. Polling was brisk in the first hour at Chandur, Munugode and Gattupal.
There are around two and half lakh voters in Munugode. Out of this fifty percent are women. The polling will continue till six in the evening. Choutuppal Mandal has the highest number of voters.
The EC is monitoring the voting pattern with webcasting in all the polling booths. There is a talk that the Munugode polling is also being watched from the Police command control in Hyderabad.
