While the crisis in Karnataka continues and that when people concluded that the Government will fall, the Speaker has revealed that out of the 16 resignations given by the MLAs 8 of them were not in order and taht they were illegal. The same report was sent to the Governor also.

The speaker of the Assembly has advised the rebel MLAs to see him before taking a decision. This will definitely give some time for the coalition Government to set the house in order.

It has to be seen if the MLAs would send in their resignation in order to the Speaker making their decision final. Ramesh the Speaker of Assembly expressed his confidence in the Governors office, that the Governor will uphold the constitution.The Gowda Government is hopeful of convincing the rebels by giving them the Ministries.

It is reported that the negotiations are on with the rebel MLAs. Now Only the CM is remaining in power for the time being.

It has to be seen what interesting twists and turns would take place during the night.
