K Taraka Rama Rao the dynamic executive President is all set to bring in the required changes for further development of the TRS party. The party leaders and cadres will now get ready for the coming panchayat elections followed by Parliament elections.
A cabin specifically for the executive president was made overnight. A partition was done in the night to see that KTR get a cabin where he can meet the leaders and cadres. He will be accessible for the cadre and leaders coming from across the state.
KCR at Pragathi Bhavan was not accessible to the leaders and cadres and he met them now and then. But now KTR will be there easily accessible with specific time whenever they want to meet him.
There is a talk that KTR will not take any ministry and would be there for the party and leaders. There is a difference between the executive President and working President.
The working president acts only when the regular president is absent and has limited powers. But the executive President can take decisions on his own. He will interact with the Ministers also. Can talk to the Government also and get things done on an official basis.
In this fashion, KTR will be all-powerful from now on in the party and also in the Government.
