KT Rama Rao said that this is the 36th projects under SRDP in the city of Hyderabad. This morning he launched the steel bridge which is one of its kind in the country named after Nayani Narasimha Reddy the first Minister for Home. He was a Union leader in his early times.
KTR announced that the lower Tankbund and the upper tank bund will be linked apart from developing Indira Park with International standards.
He also mentioned the law and order in the state which was being protected by the BRS government in a better form when compared to the earlier Governments.
Construction work on Hyderabad’s 2.62-km-long steel bridge, spanning from Indira Park to VST Main Road, was rapidly completed in a record time.
The bride costed around 45O crore. The steel bridge is designed to alleviate traffic congestion at Indira Park, Ashok Nagar, RTC X Roads, VST Junction, Musheerabad, and Azamabad.
The project is a four-lane elevated corridor passing through NTR Stadium, Ashok Nagar X Road junction, RTC X Road, and VST Junction.
In addition, a three-lane independent bidirectional flyover of 850 meters at the second level from Ramnagar towards Baghlingampally direction at VST, costing Rs 76 crore, will be taken up in the next phase.
