There was heated argument between Jagan the LOP and the CM of AP N Chandrababu Naidu. It was about the 10nth paper lead via Narayana schools and the Ministers Ganta Srinivas and Narayana.
Jagan charged that it was the handi work of Narayana and that the minister must resign. At one point of time Jagan ridiculed that Chandrababu being the CM does not know how to speak english and that his language was poor and the same was said by KTR earlier.
The CM shot back by saying Jagan do no know about the exams and we do not know if he had written any exams and where from did he pass. The CM also admitted that as told by Jagan he did not know proper English.
Then Jagan shot back by claiming he was first in 10nth inter and also graduation. Babu said that there was no paper leak in SSC at Andhra and charged that the it was YSRC which plotted this malpractice and they would enquire into it.
He questioned as to how could they get the paper for Sakshi and why did they leak it via Whatsapp. Jagan claimed that they acted as whistle blowers.
Whenever there is discussion about English language or speaking politicians across AP , Telangana get reminded of KTR. He is one man who is very proficient in English . He also speak good Telugu and Hindi. He also speaks chaste Andhra dialect. The people from America were surprised at the ease with which KTR gives presentations when he in business seminars.
That was the reason he was quoted by Jagan in the Assembly against the chow chow English of Chandrababu.
