TRS working president K T Rama Rao today attended the Gurunanak Jayanthi celebrations at a Gurudwara. He was accompanied by the Minister Talasrinivas Yadav here in the city.
KTR worshipped Guru Nanak here with all the religious fervour and took the blessings of the priests here. The event was held at the Gurudwara of Ameerpet where a large number of Sikhs congregated.
There was Shoba yatra and Bhajan Sankeertan to remember Wahe guru. KTR talking to the Sikh priest and committee members assured that the Government would help them in all aspects.
He reminded that KCR was developing all the sections of the society here in the state. He stated that Sikhs are an integral part of the Hyderabad culture and they have been growing and developing together with all the religions. Both KTR and Talasani the Minister also participated in the Nagar keertan where the Sikhs would sing in praise of Gurunanak.
The Sikhs were excited and happy that they could get KTR for the event. They thanked KTR profusely for attending the celebrations.
