Khammam and Kothagudem will be developed in a scientific and better manner assured K Taraka Ramarao the IT Minister. An Iron factory will be developed here at the earliest possible KTR assured. The irrigation facilities will also be improved and the farmer’s interest will be protected he said.
An airstrip will come up in the area of Kothagudem and that would attract industries to this place he said. The Godavari waters will be tapped to the maximum for the sake of local people he explained. KCR is working day in and day out to develop this region he stated. Kothagudem will compete with the Hyderabad in a big way he said.
He gave away some cheques to the local beneficiaries.
The local public gathered in large numbers for the meeting at Pragathi Maidan.
Some Ministers MPS and MLAs participated in the function along with Tummla Nageshwara Rao. KTR flew in a chopper to Kothagudem and returned after the meeting. He launched the construction work for district collectorate and launched some double bedrooms here along with the skill development centre.
