There is a talk that Konda and Komati Raj are planning to float a new party. But there is also a talk that they might join BJP in front of Amit Shah.

There is a rumour that after a lot of dilly-dallying, former MP from Chevella Konda Vishweshwar Reddy has decided to join Bharatiya Janata Party.

He told that there was indeed an invitation from the BJP to join the party.

Konda went to the residence of Munugode Congress MP Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who has distanced himself from the Congress.

He had a fruitful discussion with Rajagopal Reddy on contemporary politics and the need to pull down the KCR government.

“Both are on the same page. We also discussed the probability of floating a new regional party, because it is the best way to develop the state. However, it requires Rs 2,000 crore to Rs 3,000 crore to launch a new party,” Konda said.
