The family members of the former Speaker and TDP senior leader Kodela Siva Prasad has refused to take the state hours for the funeral. It may be noted that the final rites of the senior man who commit suicide will be performed today here at Narsaropet his home town.
Right now the procession of Kodelas moartal remain is going to Swargapuri the cremation space in Narsaraopet. His followers came in large numbers in the procession and they were shouting the slogans depicting Kodela as Palnati Puli meaning Palnadu tiger.
Meanwhile, the allegations on Kodelas suicide are continuing between the TDP and also the YSRC. TDP says that it is a government murder, while YSRC says it is due to the attitude of Chandrababu that Kodela took the drastic step.
There is 144 section imposed in Narasaraopet. But the people belonging to Kodeals caste are agitated that the YSRC Government was harassing him with cases. There is an apprehension that there could be caste war in Palnadu and Narsaraopet. Earlier Kammas used to rule Guntur when Kodela was the Speaker, and now YSRC leaders are settling the scores with Kodela followers here.
