Kiran Kumar Reddy is the last CM of United Andhra Pradesh. He went into isolation after the poll debacle in 2014 and yet to take a call on his future. Neither his family members nor his followers were ready to play the waiting game any more.
There were rumors that he was joining the BJP. But he did not join any party so far. There were also speculations that he would join AAP. Now his brother is is news that he would be joining the TDP. Post the demise of Kiran Kumar Reddy’s mother, Few TDP Leaders expressed condolences to the family of the Former CM. It was then Kiran’s Brother Kishore Kumar Reddy was invited to join the ruling party. Then, Reddy sought Rajampet MP Ticket in 2019 polls and TDP Leadership happily agreed for it.
As per media reports, Kiran Kumar Reddy isn’t happy with the decision of his brother as he have no plans to join TDP at all. In 2014 Elections, TDP gave Rajampet MP Ticket to BJP Candidate Purandeswari. She, however, got defeated by YCP Candidate Mithun Reddy. It looks like Kiran Kumar Reddy wants to be in hibernation for some more time and send his brother into politics. Like KCR, Kiran Kumar Reddy will also be in the history of politics as he was in power while the division of the state happened.
