These days people are working from home and are gaining weight. They do not know how to keep themselves health.They have to work from home till the end of this year and they have to maintain the health also. Here diet plays the main role. This is what they should do.
1. Dont break the breakfast. Have it in the morning in time on daily basis.

6. Drink a lot of water all the day keeping the summer in mind. Hydration prevents hunger pangs and keeps digestion in top form aiding weight loss.
7. Eating groundnuts in place of junk foods is a better option.
8. Take fresh lime juice with honey in place of soft drinks.
9. Tender coconut water and sugarcane juice is also good for health.
10. Dont get exposed to UV rays. Protect your eyes.
