K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM of Telangana worshipped Lord Shiva today at Rajarajeswhari Temple here in Rajanna Siricilla. KCR worshipped the Lord Shiva along with his wife Shoba, KTR his son along with both grandchildren.
KCR was accompanied by Ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Eetala Rajendra. The CM KCR and the family memes were given a traditional welcome at the Temple with Purna kumbham. The priests changed the Vedic Hymns here.
The CM went round the Temple and looked at the Dwajasthambam. Today being the Monday it is very auspicious to worship Lord Shiva. KTR was holding his daughter’s hand and he followed KCR his father.
KCR was supposed to be garlanded by the priests, but he refused the garland and wanted it to be kept simple. He was blessed by the Priests and then they offered him Prasadam and the Lords photo.
Later KCR will visit the projects here in Sricialla. It was a dream come true for the KCR and KTR that they would give Godavary waters to Siricilla. It is a major achievement for the Government of Telangana.
The target is to irrigate around one crore acres of land in Telangana.
