CM K Chandrasekhar Rao along with RS member Damodar Rao has visited the Temple this morning and worshipped Kondagattu Aanjaneya Swamy here.
He was given the reception as per the Temple tradition and then blessed by the Purohits here.
Ministers Gangula Kamalakar and Koppula Eashwar and MLC L Ramana, MLA Sunke Ravishankar and ZP Chairperson Dava Vasantha along with others inspected the arrangements on Tuesday.
In order to develop the Kondagattu temple, the State government had sanctioned Rs.500 crore. This was after the Chief Minister promised the amount during his visit to the district late last year.
The State government has sanctioned Rs 100 crore for the development of the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple under the Chief Minister’s Special Development Fund.
Special Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao issued orders in this regard. Keeping his promise, Rs 100 crore was sanctioned for welfare and development activities in connection with the temple.
Anand Sai the Architect who developed the Yadadri Temple will develop the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple also. He is working for the Anjanadri Temple on the hills of TTD.
