K Chandrasekhar Rao the caretaker CM of Telangana and the TRS chief found fault with Uttam Kumar the PCC chief for calling him as Battebaj. Is this the language to be used against the CM of the state he questioned. Can a PCC chief call the CM like this? I cannot stoop low like Uttam Kumar KCR clarified.
