Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao today visited Medaram and paid respects to Sammakka and Saralakka here.
This is called as the Kumbh Mela of Telangana. He along with his wife offered Puja. Earlier Vice President Venkaiah has appreciated the State Government for making good facilities at the Jatara.
KCRs daughter Kavitha also accompanied the Chief Minister and offered floral tributes here.
Police made elaborate bundobust arrangements here as the Vice President and the CM were coming for the Jatara here in the Warangal district.
Minister for Endowments Indrakaran and Deputy CM Kadiyam Srihari were accompanying the Chief Minister.
People gathered in large numbers for the Jatara. A Tulabharam was done to the chief Minister KCR with the Jaggery and the same was offered to the deities here.
