Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is all set to present the full-fledged budget to the state of Telangana today. The Assembly is convened to meet at 11 am and the Chief Minister will present the budget at 11.30.
It is reported that the Budget will be in tune with the present financial condition of the country and also the state. The slow down in the financial sector is also taken into consideration before working on the budget.
The priority areas like Agriculture, irrigation and power will get all the priority. The vote on account budget presented earlier will be over by this month-end. While KCR will present the Budget in the Assembly Minister for finance Harish Rao will be presenting the budget in the Legislative council.
The assembly will be meeting in Telangana with full-fledged Ministry for the first time. Two lady Ministers will also be present in the house. The Chief Whip and whips were also appointed ahead.
The Budget could be to the tune of around 1.70 lakhs crore or ten per cent less than that it is reported. All arrangements have been made for the Presentation.
