Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who has visited the Rampur pump house today has set a deadline of July 15nth for the completion of the works here. He has inspected the completion of work for the first Motor and the work for the second motor is under completion. Later the Chief Minister KCR has held a review meeting with the officials here. He wanted the officials to review the works once in two days.
He said that the Sreeramproject will be filled with the help of water from the Kaleshwaram project. Midmaneru and SRSP will get water from the Kaleswarm he stated.
The Chief Minister suggested that if needed more workers should be taken and the shifts should also be increased where ever needed paving way for the speedy completion of the works. KCR opined that the people of Telangana, especially the farming community, are waiting for the Kaleshwaram waters. The next crop must get the water distribution from Kaleshwaram he said. The people of Telangana were deprived of the beginning for the drinking water and also the water for irrigation.
The ongoing projects must be completed on time and the people of Telangana must get drinking water and also water for the irrigation as per the deadline given to them earlier he suggested. MP Santosh Kumar and Officer from the CMO Smitha Sabharwal accompanied the chief Minster here.
