The iron gate at the musi gate just flew away in the water force it is reported. Due to heavy rains, the water has been flowing with a force and the gate just swept away it is reported.
Minister Jagadish Reddy reported the matter to Chief Minister. The Chief Minister, on the other hand, has suggested Smitha Sabharwal and also the ENC to rush to the spot and take decisions to restore the gate at the earliest.
It is reported that the Officials would be going to Suryapet in a chopper and then would go to the project by way of a car. Minister Jagadish Reddy is also expected to report to the Chief Minister once ENC and Smitha take the decision.
The gate will be restored at the earliest to arrest the flow of the water. The Chief Minister has been very particular about the water in the projects and savings it for the future needs of the farmers.
On the other hand, the Chief Minister is also busy with the review of the TSRTC strike. RTC employees have been on strike since last two days.
