K Chadrasekhara Rao the caretaker CM of Telangana performed the Ganesh puja here at the Pragathi Bhavan today. He was unwell since yesterday, but he could perform the Ganesh Pooja today. Since he is in the midst of elections we can say that he must have done puja for the well being of the people of the State and also that the TRS should do well in the next elections.
Earlier he has given a press release wishing the people of the state with health and prosperity for Ganesh Chaturthi. He was scheduled for attending some meetings and joining for the coming elections. But they were postponed for the time being. He might continue the said meetings in a day or two. The idea was to attend 100 meetings in 50 days. This Ganesh Chaturthi is politically hot and people are busy with the coming elections especially in the districts.
People and political leaders are coming to Pragathi Bhavan to meet and greet KCR. But he is turning of some of them saying that he would come to them. Yesterday he greeted and invited Suresh Reddy the former speaker into the party at Pragathi Bhavan.
