BJP MLAs Etela Rajendar, Raghunandan and Raja Singh -RRR today demanded that the CM KCR must protect democracy in the state. They found fault with the attitude of the State Government for not allowing the Governor’s address to the members before presenting the Budget.

They came to the house protesting with Black Kanduvas around their neck. This goes against the values of the constitution they opined. The MLAs paid floral tributes before the martyr’s memorial before going to the Assembly.

The Governor must address the members in the Assembly and they must discuss the points made by the Governor the MLAs opined. Raja Singh opined that it is very unfortunate that the Governor’s address was skipped.

The people are watching the one-sided decisions of KCR Raja said. When we are celebrating women’s day. the Women Governor is not being respected he pointed out.

We will raise the issue in a befitting manner against the Government and its lopsided policies he said. But the Government clarified that the Assembly session was continuing and as it was not a new session, the Governor’s address was not required.

The Congress leaders also objected to the way the TRS Government was running the house.
