Chief Minister’s suggestions:

Along with collectors, ministers shall also take the responsibility of cent percent distribution of Pattadar Pass Books, Rythu Bandhu cheques There needs to be a special policy for issue of Passbooks and cheques to NRI’s who are unable to come to India personally.

Pass Books and Cheques pertaining to those persons who are not coming forward to link their Aadhar cards are to be kept aside.

Since it is decided to organize Dharani website with all the details related to land records, it is necessary to keep the information updated. It is not possible to organize Dharani with incomplete information.

Tough stand to be taken against anyone who is irresponsible and resorts to committing mistakes wilfully. They need to be identified.

Tahsildars of respective mandals are to be entrusted with the responsibility of cent percent distribution of passbooks and cheques. Concerned ministers at the district level and MLA at constituency level should supervise the activity.

New passbooks are to be issued after uploading online the information and details that were done manually. There is nothing like freezing to effect changes online from manual. On this issue, the senior officers concerned need to clarify to the Tahsildars.
