CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has today inaugurated the Peddapally district collectors office and also the TRS office here this noon. He was accompanied by Minister Koppula Eshwar and Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Smita Sabharwal and others.
The police gave a guard of honour here at the collectorate to the CM KCR. He hoisted the flags at the party office and also the district collectorate.
Building offices for the collectors in many districts is a big achievement for the TRS Government. Earlier RR district collector office was in Lakdikapool.
There were no proper officers for the collectors in the respective districts. He performed Pooja to Lord Venkateshwara in the collector’s office and the collector took charge of the office by sitting in the chair in the Presence of the CM KCR and some lawmakers.
All the process was completed with the Vedic hymns of the acharyas. The CM was in regular attire with a cowboy cap. All religious prayer was also conducted at the collector’s office.
Later he addressed a public gathering on the development of the district. He complimented the official machinery for building the collectorate office and advised them to give proper governance to the people with all the commitment.
