Kejriwal and his team are sitting on a dharna at LGs office. Mamatha, Gowda, Chandrababu Naidu have supported the cause of Kejriwal the Delhi CM and opined that Prime Minister Modi should intervene over the matter. But KCR who was also in Delhi did not bother to touch Kejriwal. In fact, he avoided Chandrababu to the maximum extent possible. In fact, KCR said that he would also consult Babu on the matter of new Federal front. But Babu is in touch with the Congress and is encouraging Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief.
While KCR is moving with Modi and his policies, Babu is moving against Modi and NDA. Babu took 20 minutes at NITI Ayog and pointed out the issue to be resolved by the NDA Government. KCR gave a smooth presentation of 7 minutes where he talked about the welfare of the farmers.
Media and Politicians expected that KCR might get in touch with Kejriwal and extend his support. But KCR who met Modi in advance maintained privacy for himself and did not deal with anyone except the Prime Minister. He was bothered about the funds for Telangana and permissions for the lands belonging to defence.
It is clear that While Modi is moving closer to KCR, Chandrababu is keeping some distance from the BJP. But the body language at the NITI meet with Modi showed that Babu is also trying for a patch up via back door with the BJP.
Meanwhile, the NDA Government has set the ball on early poll rolling. It has to be seen as to how the political parties would react over the matter.
