K Chandrasekhar Rao is all set to begin his Hattrick Yatra from his Traditional Husnabad. Minister for Finance Harish Rao who has organised the meeting will welcome KCR here this noon,
After winning the polls in 2014 and 2018, KCR is now aiming for a third consecutive term, an unprecedented feat in southern India’s politics.
The BRS boss will continue his sentiment with Husnabad, before embarking on a spree to address 41 public meetings in 24 days, till November 9.
KCR who is also a staunch believer in numerology, decided to launch the campaign on October 15 as the digits add up to six, his lucky number.
Elaborate arrangements have been made for the Chief Minister’s first public meeting since the Election Commission of India (ECI) released the schedule for the Telangana Assembly polls .
Finance Minister T.Harish Rao has been camping in Husnabad for the past five days to monitor arrangements and mobilise crowds for KCR’s meeting.
Harish has made arrangements to mobilise around one lakh people for the meeting, being held as ‘Praja Ashirwada Sabha’.
Special galleries were also established for women and disabled persons who wish to attend the meeting.
Before addressing the public meeting, Rao will visit the residence of former BRS Rajya Sabha member Captain Laxmikantha Rao in Husnabad, take his blessings.
