The real estate sector in AP boomed like anything after the statehood was achieved by Telangana. If there was no Telangana no one would have bothered about Amaravathi or acquiring lands in Andhra.
The real estate business and construction activity have gone up by leaps and bounds and thanks to KCR. People who owned land in Guntur and Vijayawada are crorepatis and they thank the vision and strategy of KCR for taking Telangana.
Even in Telangana the real estate business had developed and is looking up since last one year. Thanks to the interest being taken up by KCR and KTR.
It is a win-win situation for realtors in AP and TS. On the other hand, the poor people are also getting houses in Telugu states.
