Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said that the government is according utmost importance and top priority to Muslim Minorities’ education and called for making use of it. The Chief Minister on Sunday laid foundation to the Rs 20 Crore Anees-ul-Gurbha complex at Nampally in Hyderabad which is aimed at providing education and shelter to Muslim orphan children. He has given iftar to the Muslim brothers here at the Lal Bahadur stadium . The poor Muslims got new clothes also at the Masjids.

On this occasion local people in large numbers came there and gave a rousing reception there. They expressed happiness, for the CM laying foundation to the complex, which will be useful to several Muslim minorities. Interacting with them the CM reminded them that for the education of socially and economically backward Muslim Minorities the state government have established 204 residential schools.

He expressed the desire that the new complex of over 100 year old Anees-ul-Gurbha should be constructed excellently.

Anees-Ul-Gurbha has been running in Hyderabad since 1921 providing shelter to 60 persons. In the recent expansion and road widening about 191 yards of its place was lost. To compensate this government has allotted 4000 square yards of place and sanctioned Rs. 20 Crores for constructing new complex.

Designs have been prepared for a seven storied building with a plinth area of about 1.53 lakhs of square feet. First two floors will be used for commercial complex and the rest five for shelter to orphan children.
In addition to making provision for shelter to 500 persons a school will also be form part of this complex. Those who study from first class to degree may get shelter here. Those who join here may continue to stay there till they are settled in life.

Deputy CM Mahmood Ali, MP Asaduddin, MLA s Jaffer Hussain, Balala, Pasha Quadri, Moujam Khan, MLCs Rajeswara Reddy, Salim, Prabhakar, Advisor AK Khan and others participated in the program.
