It looks like Telangana CM is already on the election mode. He is planning to do the bus yatra which was promised earlier. If the political pundits are to be believed, KCR has the habit of catching the opposition on the wrong foot and also taking on them by surpise. As promised he cannot complete the double bed room houses. He cannot do this tap to every house scheme.
He also vowed that he will not ask for votes he cannot give water to every house hold. The best way to beat the anti-incumbency is to advance the elections by a year or so. Taking the opposition onslaught as the main cause KCR is gearing up to challenge the opposition by going for snap poll by the end of this year or somewhere in 2018. He will not wait until 2019. The 12 percent promised for minorities is another issue.
To escape from all these promises he will say that he had little time to complete the projects. But he will promise that by 2019 he will complete all that was promised. He has this nack of surprising everyone with some unbelievable decisions. On the lines of NTR’s Prajala Vaddaku Palana in 1995, He launched an exercise to understand the ground realities and address the issues at the grassroot level public. At Janahita he wants to meet the people at this door step or go to their door steps.
While urban will be taken care by KTR his son, KCR will be touring the rural areas in t Telangana using the hi-tech bus and conduct Grama Sabhas. He will have a night stay at the houses of villagers during this tour. It could be a surprise visit.. Which means, KCR might be spending the night at anyone’s house in the villages .
KCR reportely instructed entire Districts Administration to be available for addressing the issues at a short notice. He wants to check the implementation of various Government Schemes in the villages . He would also seek people’s opinion on Mission Bhageeradha, Mission Katatiya, 2-Bedroom Houses and whatever they need at the local level.
