K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM of Telangana and the TRS boss has called for an emergency meeting with the Ministers and leaders here at the Pragathi Bhavan today.
The meeting will be held at Pragathi Bhavan. This is being done to discuss the IT and ED raids on the Ministers and MLAs in Telangana. KCR and KTR as such stated that they will not be cowed down by the so-called raids in the name of financial irregularities.
Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav who is facing the charges in the casino scam has stated that he was ready to face the consequences and let the law take its own course.
The ruling party in Telangana is being targetted by the BJP from the center he alleged. This is nothing but political vendetta he opined.
Some Ministers, Some MLAs, and MLC Kavitha along with KTR are facing the charges in different forms. There is also a talk that KCR might seek the opinion of the Ministers in seeking the public mandate at the earliest.
The search is going on at the residence of Ministers Malla Reddy, Kamalakar Reddy, and Talasani Srinivas Yadav, apart from the benamis of Kavitha and also KTR.
There is talk that Kaleshwaram project payments and spending is also being scanned by the center to draw the attention of KCR and Harish Rao.
Meanwhile, Governor Tamilisai was summoned by Delhi and she will meet the HM Shah by this evening.
