K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM of Telangana has been a very kind person. Despite having a busy schedule and pressing engagements he always gave time for good and bad occasions.
If you count perhaps he could be the only chief Minister who has attended large number of marriage and also death ceremonies. He even attended the marriage of his drivers son.
His idea is to mingle with people and make them happy and tell them that he is one of them. KCR also attends Sri Satyanarayana Vrathams of his family members.
It could be just for a few minutes, but he makes his presence felt. Today he attended the marriage ceremony of Goreti Venkanna the popular singer and TRS MLCs daughters marriage.
He even gave government honour when people with some credentials died. He honoured them by giving them the gun salute from the Government side.
He has been very liberal in doing that. No other Chief Minister was so liberal like our KCR. From the beginning KCR was a peoples man and continues the same tradition.
