kavitha the MP from Nizamabad and the daughter of KCR the CM of Telangana is remembered for two festivals in. One is Bathukamma and the other is Raksha Bandhan.
She was more or less instrumental in getting the state festival status for Bathukamma part from a huge grant for conducting the festival on an official basis. The bathukamma is celebrated in a big way in Telangana along with the government participation and sarees are also being given to the women here in the state. All the credit goes to our Kavithakka.
Now it is Rakhi festival. Brothers in Telangana would go to Kavitha for getting a rakhi from her now Rakhi is for protecting the ladies and here in this context, she is giving helmets to the men. This is for protection of men from the road accidents. She is in news advocating the brothers to wear helmets and drive safely and that is very much essential for the wellbeing of the families in general.
