K Kavitha the daughter of KCR the former CM may get bail in the coming days in the alleged liquor scam. Even Kejriwal the CM is also expecting bail as he got bail in one case and is back in the jail in another case.
So both the leaders facing the allegations in the liquor scam will get the bail soon they say.
Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was granted bail by the Supreme Court this morning – 18 months after the CBI first arrested him in the alleged liquor policy case.
In a striking verdict, Justices BR Gavai and KV Viswanathan said the Aam Aadmi Party leader was entitled to a “speedy trial” and that it would it be a “travesty of justice to send him back to a trial court.
“Incarceration of 18 months… Trial not having even commenced and the appellant has been deprived of the right to speedy trial. The trialcourt and High Court ought to have given due weightage to this…”Justice Gavai said.
Recently KTR the working president of BRS and the brother of Kavithathe MLC said that she would come out of jail soon. With the former Deputy CM of Delhi getting the bail today there is every chance that the others facing the allegations will get the Bail.
