MP Kavitha has attended the Lashkar Bonalu here at Secunderabad and offered prayers to Kalimatha with Bonam and flowers. She was greeted by Minsiter Talasani Srinivas Yadav who offered first pooja to Kali Matha here at the Temple .
Speaker Madusudhana Chary, K Kesava Rao, Swamy Goud and other have attended for the darshan of Matha. BJP leaders Bandaru Dattatreya, Dr Laxman, Kishan Reddy and others attended for the Pooja here for Bonalu festival. At Warangal Bhadrakali Temple special poojas were performed and pilgrims thronged the temple in large numbers.
Police and she teams were present at the Mahankali Temple. The darshan started here early in the morning. Talking here after the Darshan Kavitha said that the pooja and bonalu was being done since last 200 years. Telangana is doing the Bonalu festival in a big way she stated. She prayed that with the blessings from Ammavaru this year the rains should be good in Telangana.
Badminton icon PV Sindu also performed pooja at the temple with Bonam. The police had tough time in controlling the Mob here. Today is also Gurupurnima and all the Shirdi Sai temples had full strength of the pilgrims. There was religious and festive atmosphere here in the Telugu states. All the Sai temples were decked up for the event.
It was a tradition that both the CMs of Telugu states used to attend the Pooja for Bonalu at Mahankali Temple. But this time they could not make it. There will be Rangam here on Monday at Mahankali temple where the lady gives the future predictions for the mankind especially for the people in Telangana.
