The contemp petition filed by Kavithat the BRS MLC will come for arguments today in the Supreme Court. The ED is finding it very difficult to question and ascertain answers from Kavitha.
Kavitha’s counsel filed a contempt petition before the Supreme Court challenging the ED’s arrest even though one of her petitions is pending before the court.
Kavitha alleged that ED deliberately arrested her, and her arrest was illegal. The petitions are likely to be heard on March 19 as the Apex court reserved the judgment on the earlier petition to March 19.
In an official statement, the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) headquarters said that during the search proceedings, the ED officials were obstructed by her relatives and associates.
While KTR and Harish are trying to coordinate with Kavitha, KCR her father is yet to make any statement over this issue. He is already bogged down with issues like Kaleshwaram , Dharani and phone tapping.
Meanwhile, Hairsh is putting up a brave face and getting along. KTR is fighting it out in open.
