Yes, the name of the movie is Emergency and Kangana Ranaut is not only directing the movie but also doing the role of Indira. Earlier she portrayed the role of Jayalalithaa Amma, but the film did not do well.
Now she is doing the movie in the name of Emergency where those days of the Indira regime will be portrayed. Anupam is working on the movie and he says Kangana is a brilliant director.
Earlier she directed Manikarnika which was a super duper hit as Krish Jgarlamudi left the movie in the midst of doing NTRs biography. As an actor, Kangana has done exceedingly well in many movies and now she is travelling as a director.
