CM K Chandrasekhar Rao today said that the law and order were very good in the state of Telangana and that the people were happy since last 4 years under the TRS regime. He explained in the Assembly that there were no issues as the police were doing a commendable job.
The police were getting all the hi-tech equipment including the CC cameras being set up at all the vantage points. He said that friendly policing was being further improved in the state. Crime prevention was also being looked by the police to a great extent.
On the other hand, the help being extended for Kalyana Laxmi was increased from Rs 75000 to Rs 1,00116. He said that all the poorer section of the people are benefitted this scheme. Kalyana Laxmi or Shaadi Mubarak scheme was a big success he opined.
Earlier it was difficult for the poor people to get the marriage done in terms of girls and now this would be of a great help to the poor sections of the society KCR explained.
Women from all sections of the society, especially women from Muslim community were seen distributing sweets after the hike of this amount.
It was Rs 51000 first and then it was raised to Rs 75000 and now it is Rs 100116. Cutting across the party lines some of the leaders complimented KCR for this decision.
