Kalki crossed the Rs 600 crore mark at the worldwide box office, having collected around Rs 625 crore globally, according to film trade analysts.
The film’s India net collections stand at Rs 343.6 crore, with Telugu-speaking regions contributing a major chunk of the collections.
Prabhas is now getting ready for the second part of the movie it is reported. He is also planning to complete the movie with director Maruthi which has three leading ladies.
He will start the movie with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He has to work for the second part of Salaar also. Prabhas is on a high after the success of Kalki and it is sure to cross the 1000 crore mark.
More than collections, the director is being praised for his unique way of taking the movie on par with the Holywood standards. Salman Khan also liked the movie very much and praised the director.
Director Nag Ashwin is already working on the second part of the movie and sixty percent of the shooting was already completed along with the first part.
Vijay Devarakonda and Kamla Hasan will have larger roles in the second part.
