Judiciary is being strengthened further

CJI NV Ramana said that the Judiciary is being further strengthened in the country. Ramana was talking at the judges conference for the first time here in Telangana.

The chief minister KCR also attended the function here in Hyderabad. Ramana said that he was happy to note, that KCR has agreed to construct the district level courts soon in Telangana.

He also talked about the International arbitration centre which has come up in Hyderabad and has started resolving the issues. This has happened due to the proactive attitude of KCR and his Government the CJI complimented.

The arbitration franchises will be located in other states also the CJI announced. He also talked that the benches have been increased to forty-two.

The CJI said that 885 additional posts have been created for the High court in recent times.

If the Law and order are good and if the issues in the courts are settled at the earliest, there will be a lot of scope for getting huge investments from all the quarters said KCR.

With the support from all the sections of the society, Telangana is getting developed in a speedy manner KCR said. Even the RBI has complimented and certified the state’s financial health he reminded.
