Ram Jethmalani the senior lawyer who appeared in the Supreme court in his personal capacity against the Governor of Karnataka said that this is not horse trading, but it is donkey racing.
The SC will take up the case in the morning and will decide on if the Governor was right or wrong in calling the BJP as a Single largest party. Jethmalani said that his only aim is to get rid of Modi the Prime Minister. Jethmalani has stopped going to the courts and practising law. But now he wants to protect democracy in his personal capacity.
Jethmalani said that he has enough faith in the Supreme Court and that justice would be done. Giving so much of time is nothing but an invitation to corruption he said. The BJP can win only by destroying democracy he stated. He is confident that the Supreme court will find fault with the Governor’s invitation to BJP.
Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa has taken over as the CM and has done some transfers of IAS and IPS people. That means he is already ruling the state.
