Union Minister Prakash Javdekar today planed saplings as part of green India Challenge initiative. The Green India Challenge was started by TRS Mp Joginapally Santosh Kumar.
Prakash planted saplings as part of the Challenge in the presence of Santosh Kumar, and KKesavarao and other TRS MPs. Javdekar complimented Santosh that it was a good initiative where the tree plantations are taken up for the betterment of the climate.
The people know about the climate and its implications on pollution in Delhi. Javdekar opined that the people must take up the plantation program on a voluntary basis so that the air gets purified due to the emissions from the trees.
So far 4.5 crore saplings have been planted as part of the Green India challenge stated by the MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar. It will soon go up to 5 crores as people from all sections of the society are taking up the challenge with all the enthusiasm.
Earlier also some MPs took part in the challenge in Delhi and other parts of the country. There is an all-round of appreciation from all the sections of the society to Santosh Kumar for taking up this green initiative.
