Senior Congress leaders MalliKharjun Kharge, Ghulamnabhi Azad and others paid rich tributes to Jaipal Reddy the senior Congress leader who expired here in Telangana.
Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan here today Kharge said that Jaipal was a multifaceted personality who knows many languages. They called him an untainted leader who fulfilled his responsibilities very well.
Jaipal was respected by the leaders cutting across the party lines they said. Kunthia the incharge of the Congress affairs in Telangana said that he used to consult Jaipalji whenever needed.
Minister Srinivas Yadav was seen at Necklace Road. Congress leaders Bhatti Vikramaraka, Geeta Reddy, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Revanth Reddy and others also paid rich tributes.
At RajyaSabja Venkaiah Naidu also read out the details about Jaipal reddy and the members paid rich tributes apart from maintaining silence. He mentioned that Jaipal was LOP in Rajyasabha. He was the best parliamentarian. He was an outstanding orator Venakiah said.
Venkaih was moved to tears when he was talking about Jaipal Reddy. Jaipal used to guide me said Venkaiah.
