There is a talk that Jaganmohan Reddy the AP CM will be shifting soon to Visakhapatnam and the state secretariat will be re-located. The BJP Government at the centre has already clarified that it is the choice of the Chief Minister to locate himself in any part of the state for ruling the state.
The latest is that the search team has zeroed in on the Ramanidu studios which is located on the Seashore. It is on a hillock and Jagan is supposed to set up his official residence there.
When contacted Suresh Babu the son of Ramanaidu that they are the owners of the land and the land can be used in any form that they like. The land for the studio in Visakhapatnam was given by Chandrababu Naidu.
The studio was launched by YS Rajasekhar Reddy the then Chief Minister. Now Jaganmohan Reddy is interested in taking back for the sake of his stay as the Chief Minister on an Official basis.
Social media is full of stories that the Jagan Government is trying to grab the lands of Ramanaidu studios in Visakhapatnam. Will Jagan shift to Visakhapatnam is the first question.
Will the YSRC Government take back the land given to a studio is another question. There is a talk that Vijay Sai Reddy is behind this idea of taking the studio lands back for the sake of CMs official residence.
