Jaganmohan Reddy after supporting Murmu the president candidate is all set to move to the port city. He wants to rule the city of Visakhapatnam.
It may be on the unofficial basis to avoid legal hassles. As the CM he can function from any region or nay district of his choice.
It is learnt that the CM is preparing a pucca strategy to make it a reality.
There is talk that Jagan would shift to Vizag in the auspicious month of Shravana Masam and function from there. The place from where the CM functions will automatically become the capital.
Jagan wants to declare Port City as the executive capital. However, legal hassles will persist but it is being said that Jagan is planning to deal with them slowly and realise his three-capital formula soon.
Jagan’s proposal is that Amaravati should be the legislative capital, Vizag the executive capital and Kurnool the judicial capital.
As the legislative Assembly is already in Amaravati, it can continue as the legislative capital. Coming to Kurnool, it is likely that the BJP might take a decision on the issue after the Presidential elections because the national party too promised to set up the judicial capital in Kurnool.
By declaring Kurnool as one of the capitals, it would be beneficial both to the BJP and the YCP. The BJP can claim to have fulfilled its promise.
In this fashion, Jagan and BJP might go together in the coming elections.
