As per the suggestion of Vijay Sai Reddy, the AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy is all set to rule the state from Visakhapatnam from Dasara it is learnt. The issue of three capitals is pending in court.
But Jagan is trying not to go for the three capitals but would make Vizag his base to rule the state unofficially. He is going to set up his office in Vizag and then continue the Governance.
The CM can set up his office anywhere in the state and can rule from any city. The court cannot stop it as long as he does not make it an official capital as announced earlier.
The courts have passed many strictures against the YSRC Government, but Jagan is not bothered. He follows some directions and the officials ignore the court orders.
Some things are going against the court directions also. The main reason is that the BJP Government at the centre needs his support. The other day he gave a rousing reception to Murmu the Presidential candidate.
