Jaganmohan Reddy will acquire around five acres in the Ramanaidu studios of Vishakapatnam. He will build his own house in the compound of Ramanaidu studios.
Jagan is all set to buy the land in the studios admeasuring five acres. The piece of land will be separated from the studio lands. It will have a seaside view.
This is part of the plan to move to Vizag for the Governance it is reported. Making another capital may happen and may not happen, but he will rule the state by sitting in Vizag.
He wants to have his own base in Vizag on the seaside. Suresh productions will sell the land to Jagan on a personal basis at the market rate it is reported.
Suresh Babu could successfully evade the YSRC Government from taking over the studio lands. Now he is selling five out of the twenty-five acres of land.
The studio will remain in the rest of the twenty acres. There is talk that Jagan might shift to Vizag in case he wins or loses the coming election.
