After stopping the TDP Chief Chandrababu, now the YSRC Government is targeting Chinrajeevi and Balakrishna. The Government said no to the venues for the launch functions of the movies of Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi.
They wanted to organize the curtain raisers in Andhra. But the Government and police said no in the name of law and order.
The Ongole district police have refused permission for the “Veera Simha Reddy” pre-release event scheduled for January 6 in Ongole.
The police advised the makers to choose a location outside of the city. The police stated that the location chosen by the filmmakers would cause significant traffic problems in the city.
The producers are currently looking for a new location.
Similarly, Visakhapatnam police have reportedly asked that the makers of “Waltair Veerayya” change the location in the city and go to the outskirts. The Jagan Government also said not to the rise in ticket rates for the coming movies.
The producers are of the opinion that it would be wise to hold the functions in Hyderabad. They are looking at LB stadium and also Yousfuguda police grounds.
Both the movies are already popular and the functions are just a formality.
