Jagan Mohan Reddy the CM of AP said that the Courts cannot direct the legislature. He was making a statement here in the Assembly on the issue of the three capitals.
The Court earlier directed that the Capital of Amaravathi should be developed in six months. Jagan said that in six months Amaravahi cannot be developed as there is a paucity of funds.
The government will go ahead with the decentralisation process Jagan declared in the Assembly. He opined that the high court verdict was different from that of the Supreme court.
The speaker Tammineni Sitharam said that the Assembly will make resolutions for the welfare of the people. The court is crossing its limis in directing the state Government Jagan opined.
The court cannot set the deadlines which are impossible he stated. Jagan reminded that Telangana came into existence as the development was just concentrated in one region.
Taking this into account the development should be spread over the three regions he stated. We will cross the hurdles and continue with the development for all the regions he explained.
