YSRC Government led by Jaganmohan Reddy has been rubbing the Judges and Judiciary on the wrong side from the beginning. The courts have passed strictures against the Jagan Government and Jagan in particular more than a hundred times.

The latest is that Jagan has made a statement in open in the Assembly saying that the Judiciary has no right to pass judgements against the laws made in the Legislature.

Jagan officially wrote a letter to the central Government to stall the appointment of the Present CJI NV Ramana. Now he is going with the plan of three capitals and says the court cannot stop his plans.

The Court ruled out against the three capitals but Jagan says nothing doing. Jagan is on bail and avoiding the court ever since he became the CM of AP.

The judges were also angry with some Ministers of AP for abusing them. Contempt cases are still pending against them. The court also found fault with the attitude of PSR Anjaneyulu the intel chief here in AP.

Illicit liquor is another issue rocking the state on a daily basis. But how far will Jagan dodge the Judiciary has to be seen. But Jagan is overconfident that the people will support him by taking the freebies.

Jagan is bogged down with his own personal cases and also cases from the Government side. He is banking on BJP support.
